Excellent fast service for my oil change and tire rotation, appreciated service informing me of cabin filter issue. I was disappointed that my "GM REWARDS" were not applied to my service work being completed. I was in a hurry and paid my bill and left. It was not until later in the day when I looked at my service bill and realized the reward amount was not deducted. I did call the service department and spoke to them and received an apology.

Everyone nice & found the reason I was having issues getting my key out and went to get the part (that they said was being discontinued?) and get it right on. Been working wonderful since then. However, car is a 2014 with just over 90k miles - are the parts going to be discontinued??? THIS is very concerning!

Had an apt at 9 am said it would take 45min to an hour and I was there over 2 hours and had to ask if my car was done which it was but no one came out to tell me. This has never happened before I had to get back to work and it’s always been 45 min or less. Was very disappointed this time I get your busy but I had an apt

First checkup on new car. Rotate tires and other checks but I got no results. Just car is ready no verification or paperwork of any kind. They were fast and courteous but it’s a partial leather white interior and found many dirt or grease smudges on door, seat and center rest. Should use covers and gloves when entering clean customers vehicles Thank you.
